It's almost done!

Today was the last full day of school for the boys; tomorrow is only a half day, but the boys have no clue what their teachers have planned for them. All they were told was no backpacks are required and that lunch will not be provided. Great, so they'll come home hyped up on treats (what teacher doesn't allow last day of school treats?) and starving. Lucky me.

Family Home Evening was easy and simple. As usual. We took the kids to Target to buy thank you cards and chocolate for their teachers. We also bought some ice cream to enjoy while they wrote out their thank you cards (M&M ice cream cookie sandwiches, yum!). Afterwards, we pretty much split off to do our own activities until bedtime.

Ugh, and I'm getting impatient for Jeff's top teeth to break thru. He's not really cranky, but teething really throws him off. His naps get shorter and he gets grumpy faster. Note to teeth: hurry up!

Of course, once those teeth come in, it means the rest will probably follow suit. Fun. I hope it's not a repeat of when Vanessa was teething: poor girl had FOUR teeth coming in at the same time. And, as if she wasn't already emotional!

Tomorrow should be interesting. Scott's car is still at the mechanic's, and he probably won't get it back until later tomorrow afternoon. He can take the kids to school in the Armada, but if does that and then takes the car to work, then he'll have to leave early to pick hem up, drop them off at home, then go back to work. Kind of tricky, but I guess I could ask my brother or my parents to pick them up. I'll have to call them tomorrow.
